  1. What is the NMV Summit?

    New Media Ventures Summit convenes thought-leaders and visionaries from the worlds of media, tech, business, social movement, and civic engagement to engage in cutting-edge discussions, re-imagine what could be, and create forward-focused plans that can have far-reaching, cross-sector impact. The Summit creates space for investors, entrepreneurs, and leaders to be immersed in two days of discussions and workshops, discovery, networking, and entertainment.

    Attendees include investors, entrepreneurs, and business leaders from the media, tech, social movement, and civic engagement industries.

    July 23rd-25th, 2024

  4. Where is the 2024 NMV Summit being held?

    San Francisco, CA

  5. Who do I contact to provide my accessibility & dietary needs/requests?

    You have the capacity to provide any accessibility and dietary needs on the registration form. Should you need to provide additional information outside of the form we are more than happy to receive requests to make this event more accessible and safe for at admin@newmediaventures.org.

  6. To attend the NMV Summit do I need to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19?

    NMV will follow all local CDC guidelines for health and COVID-19 procedures.

    If you are not feeling well or if you or anyone you live with have cold/flu/covid-related symptoms. Seek and follow the advice of medical professionals.

    Hand sanitizer will be readily available and encouraged to use for all attendees. Masks  are optional and will be available upon request.

    If you become ill while attending the event, please notify NMV at admin@newmediaventures.org. If you receive a positive COVID test result during or within 72 hours following the event, you must notify NMV at ylaurent@newmediaventures.org.

Registration

  1. How do I register for the Summit?

    You may access the registration link here.

  2. If I am unable to attend, can I transfer my registration to someone else?

    You can submit your ticket transfer request to admin@newmediaventures.org for review.

  3. Can I register for specific days or a one day pass?

    Yes you may purchase tickets for an individual day or the full summit.

  4. Will the registration include hotel and travel accommodations?

    Your registration does not include hotel accommodations or travel. However, we have  done our best to make it efficient for you to plan your trip. Head over to the “More Info” tab and book your stay at our host hotel, Grand Hyatt, San Francisco and get other helpful travel information.

  5. I am having trouble completing my registration for the Summit, where can I find support?

    If you are having trouble completing your registration, please reach out to our team at  admin@newmediaventures.org.

  6. Where do I find the terms and conditions for my registration?

    Please note that once registration is complete,  you have agreed to the terms and conditions set for the 2024 NMV Summit. If you have any questions about the terms and conditions, please email us at admin@newmediaventures.org.

  7. What are my payment options?

    CREDIT CARD: After completing your online registration, you may pay immediately via credit card. If you have any issues with registering, please contact us at admin@newmediaventures.org

    INVOICING: We also accept ACH payments.

    If neither of these options is viable for you, and you prefer to pay through a different method, please contact admin@newmediaventures.org
